Return and Refund Policy

Boom Brothers does not accept returns nor issue refunds if you’ve changed your mind about a product
purchased through our stores (including our online store). Your rights under any applicable consumer
laws are additional to and not affected by Boom Brothers Return and Refund Policy above.

Cancellations

Once your order has been received and processed by our dispatch team, we are not able to cancel or
refund your order.

Click and Collect Policy

Please ensure that you have correctly entered your name and address at the time of purchase. We are
unable to change the address once your item has been fulfilled.
Boom Brothers cannot take responsibility for any missing items that have been incorrectly addressed by the customer.
All sales are final, there are no refunds. If your order is not collected from your chosen store by 9PM on 5 November it will be forfeited.
